Al Khor Tea

The design of Al Khor Tea is inspired by the historical and cultural essence of Al Khor, celebrating the town's heritage while creating a welcoming and timeless café environment. The concept draws from traditional atari architecture and craftsmanship, translating historical elements into a refined contemporary interior that respects local identity. A light copper color palette forms the core of the design, symbolizing warmth, tradition, and the passage of time. This tone reflects the aged metal finishes historically used in daily life and decorative elements, while also enhancing the cafe's cozy and inviting atmosphere. The copper shades are carefully balanced with neutral earth tones such as sand, beige, and off-white to maintain visual harmony and comfort. Traditional furniture is thoughtfully integrated to reinforce the cultural narrative of the space. Wooden tables and chairs with classic forms, handcrafted details, and natural finishes echo the simplicity and authenticity of traditional interiors without overwhelming the modern function of the café. Natural materials such as wood, metal accents, and textured surfaces further strengthen the connection to Al Khor's historical environment. Architectural and decorative details subtly reference the past through geometric patterns, textured walls, and soft layered lighting. Warm lighting enhances the copper tones and highlights the materials, creating depth and a sense of intimacy. Overall, Al Khor Tea Café is designed as a space where history, culture, and comfort merge, offering visitors a memorable tea experience rooted in the heritage of Al Khor while remaining elegant and contemporary.
